I'm a local Jersey girl who loves the island life...always close to a beach! I am a wedding and family photographer who absolutely loves capturing those precious moments and relationships. I was given my first camera by my dad who introduced me to photography, and i have never looked back. I enjoyed it so much i went to Falmouth University to study photography as an art form, and to immerse myself in the world of photography, which created a sudden love for all cameras old and new.
However, you'll be glad to know i use modern technology to photograph weddings these days, and i have been doing so since 2012. I feel very privileged to have worked with the most amazing couples in capturing their precious moments.
I enjoy taking the time to understand the couple's unique flare . My style is very relaxed, candid and natural, allowing to couple to enjoy their day without worrying about being photographed, as i believe the most genuine photos are taken when they forget they are even being photographed, capturing true moments from reading your vows, giggles with friends, to holding the love of your life, i aim to capture the natural beauty of your special day.
Whist documenting incredible weddings i have worked in the past as a photographer for the Jersey Evening Post, which taught me a lot about capturing the perfect moment. Furthermore, since university i continue to pursue my own artwork exploring beauty of the everyday, and simple pleasures in life. A personal project of mine is entitled 'A Day in the Life at Jersey Hospice Care' which shows the most amazing work and inspiring people that encompass the compassion and support of our local hospice.
